This is a misaligned die (MAD). Unlike a true off-center strike, the offset only occurs on one side. Generally not worth a premium unless much more severe.

For me, this one might be worth saving in a 2x2. I agree with @chip that the added premium of a minor MAD is small, but the cost of ownership is low and this cent is quite pleasing (to me anyways).

Agree, good idea to save it in a 2x2 as an interesting example of a MAD.
