Got some doubling, I think going on here, but wondering also is this Cud on the reverse of the coin in wisdom and moderation?

Don't see any Doubling but I do see numerous Die Chips.
FYI- A Cud involves the rim of the coin, not the interior.

I agree, I've seen die chips on incuse devices.
1999-Georgia-State-Quarter
So you are probably wondering how could an incuse device have a chip on them? Well if there is a die chip on the die, something broke off the die, leaving a void on the die. Thus when the die tried to fill that area, the void would be filled. We often see die chips on raised devices, but on incuse devices. How does that happen? Well keep in mind, if the devices are incuse on the coin, these devices would be raised on the die. So it part of those raised devices broke off the die (creating a void there) the devices would show a raised area on the void of the amount of metal that broke off the die. (sometimes you have to think like a die, to understand what happened to the coin you have to figure this out)

Die chips are a petty common occurrence, personally, I wouldn't save it. No premium, sorry.

I see a bunch of die chips, also a weakness on the 'E' on IGWT motto, possibly due to grease build up near the rim.

I would keep this coin if it wer emine. 2x2 worthy or even air-tite capsule. No real increase of value though, Just a looker.

Can't say if it's a keeper or not without complete photos of the entire coin (obv and rev) needed.......just saying, try to include them in future posts...great close-up shots...
