ijn1944 Bedrock of the Community United States 19130 Posts	Posted 07/11/2021 07:35 am I see a hint of a Ridge Ring on the obverse--suggests Die Deterioration which has affected the last 9 in the date. Also, there a appears to be a nicely located zinc bubble (bursting) just under the '89'. Report this Post to the Staff
