@djm, first welcome to CCF. Second, I think what you have there an impaired (i.e. circulated) proof. From these pics, I'm not seeing any errors including doubling, so please add a close-up pic of the area that you are seeing these. Thx.

  Doubling on liberty the l b and y and doubling on the ls of dollor you don't see it I can see it with the naked eye are you not able to zoom in on the pics ...the site won't let me upload better pics with it's limits

Nicely impaired proof, with what appears to be some toning. Not seeing any doubling. Photos may be showing some reflections around the devices which can look like doubling. Would be nice to have the coin in-hand.

As I said coin in hand you can clearly see doubling on bolth sides with the naked eye ...I'm not sure what impaired proof means I wish I could get better pics but I've tried repeatedly ...could anyone tell me how to know for sure if it is doubling or something else thank you all for your help
