Its EF45 to me, I don't think it makes AU. Just looks to be no luster at all.

it is hard to see on the Morgans but minus the 78 cc's deeper mirrors the coins are quite similar . Also the 20 Centavo has been cleaned and has no luster and is dull , The Morgan in Comparison still has luster. As with most low to mid AU looking coins it has plenty of bag marks, cabinet rubs and contact marks. I apologize that I can not capture the correct lighting on photo's. I am still working on it todays posts are the first using a small angled table top lamp and 40 watt led light.

Very slight loss of detail on the breast feathers. I see luster in the protected areas, consistent with AU-53 or so. Marks and lines seem like the result of handling (I.e., circulation), not mishandling. Good eye appeal overall. Good luck with your submission!

Yeah same example I did back to back pics and changed the lighting in my editing software on one so it was not so bright

I think it makes AU, but I think I see evidence of cleaning. The outline shadowing at "M" of UNUM and the sixth right star look too much like residue from rubbing. I'm at AU Details, but it has underlying luster and is a great VAM. As details coins go, this one looks pretty good. It definitely is VAM-collectible. Here's what makes me say that it has been cleaned.

VAM info squares up with the CC detail I see in the OP's pictures.

I think it is AU-55, originally PL when struck, but they market graded it a bit lower due to the possibility it was cleaned.

looks pretty standard AU to me , keep in mind AU coins have many bag marks I agree on the PL at one point. It does look like it was struck prooflike but does not look cleaned in hand.
