Can anyone tell me if this is a stamp through on Lincoln's head and also the nine and four look filled in and the zero is crooked. Any help is appreciated!

Damage is the beginning of the end for a coin. 99% of incuse marks on a coin are damage. 1% are mint errors. Getting to know which is which is a path to seek here. Ask questions and get answers. We all share what we know.

@shei, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that this all looks like damage. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a matching flat spot on the other side of the "stamp".
