I have a couple things I noticed on this coin.
#1 the mint mark is a blob
#2 The Face seems to have either evidence on face of being rubbed off between eye and nose. Or maybe an error when coin was made.
Any input helps and greatly appreciated.

1. Eisenhower dollar, not silver. (clad)
2. The mintmark has an issue with a broken post on that area. Common die event.
3. The bridge of the nose was altered from a previous die event called feeder fingers damage. These fingers sometimes get struck and bends them so that they scratch the die. When that area is polished off the die, that area is where the polishing removes the bridge. As mentioned, this die event, does not retire the die. But it is continued to be used until it is retired on both die events.

Hope this helps. It is just a die event. If you wish to see more images, I could include more?

Larger images would help.

That's about as worn an Ike dollar as I've seen. Photo is too blurry to say much about the mintmark. Looks like circulation damage to me. Maybe it was a pocket piece?

Maybe @jbuck can start an Ike lowball set with this one?

The mint mark has suffered from circulation wear. The mint mark was small to begin with, and wear--as evidenced across the coin, and the possibility of it being the result of a broken post, has transformed it into a blob-like bump.

It would be nice, but I already have a lowball example...
