@bat, first welcome to CCF. Second, I am unfamiliar with the term "blep" in numismatics. Since I don't see FDR's tongue, can you please explain what you mean? Thx.

Also not sure what a "blep" is but I don't see anything on that dime that would bring a premium.
In the future, please show complete photos of both sides oriented right side up when making inquiries.

I'm sorry my camera sucks and I'm referring to the raised indention on his forehead. I was trying to get a close up of the coin for easier view.

those look like die chips, not unusual to find them on dimes

"Bleps" are not an official numismatic term, they are called die chips.
