Given the photos posted, I'm seeing a well-circulated '55 Wheat cent obverse, with perhaps early stage Die Deterioration (common), and Memorial cent reverse (unknown year).

So if you paid a premium on all the poor man's "So Called" doubled dies you collected. When you when to sell your collection, you would be the poor man. Another gimmick created to sell a common coins for extra money. In a tube of 1955 BU cents, I found 19 of them in that tube. So they are not rare.
