It is not good. This steel Lincoln Cent is worth nothing more than face value. Extreme PMD and the obverse has been scratched with who knows what. I looks like someone played tic-tac-toe on it.

Looks like an older reprocessed coin that was not prepared well. It's a steel cent for you Wheat cent pile.

Looks to me to be a common steel cent example (common for steel cents, that is). Along with the characteristic dull finish, it shows a touch of wear, some rust-through, and unfortunate scratches above the date. I'd say it's a nice hole filler until something better comes along.

I'm not seeing strong evidence that it was once 'reprocessed'.

The answer to your question , '' Is It Nice And Good '' No it is not ! Your coin took some abuse in it's lifetime ; in this condition worth 1¢ .
