Are those Cuds at the tops of the clouds, PMD or is it supposed to look this way?

Wouldn't be a Cud, a Cud involves a broken rim.
It looks like it has taken a hit flattening the devices in that area.

Like, maybe a roller bar of some sort? It's interesting to me that it goes around the first cloud and over another.

I'm thinking hits accumulated while in circulation. Are those items clearly raised--nub-like?

I'm in agreement with the consensus that this is all damage--this coin would be a spender for me.

Thanks y'all.
Coin wrapper, like when they put them in rolls? This would have been the end coin, damaged by the wrapping process?

Mechanical wrapping damage is possible, although most damage of that nature (most, not all) occurs just a bit closer to the rim, not further into the coin's surface. Also, the arc of damage suggested in the close in photo--to me--doesn't quite match the arc expected of wrapping damage. Anyway, good photos.

Thanks ijn, I'm just using one of those cheap usb miroscopes from Amazon and the camera app on windows. It works pretty well for me, except I can;t get the entire coin in one frame. For that I'm using an old iphone, usb'd to windows with LonleyScreen.

And in answer to your question above, Yes they are raised up off the surface, that's why I had asked if they could be Cuds. Even the circle looking spot on the middle cloud is raised a bit.
