1965 & 1980 D Quarter Error - No Ear

Now the 1980-D is either a strike-thru error, or a big patch of post-mint damage, but leaning more to PMD. The 1965 quarter is definitely a PMD event where the rim took a big hit and has seen some good circulation. Others will chime in more likely on the 1980 one. The ear on the 1980 looks like it has been scraped with the metal accumulating on the side and the 1965 has taken a hit flattening the rim. Report this Post to the Staff
