Another one that I'm not sure about. The obverse image shown doesn't give the best representation of the color, but the other 3 photos are much better in that regard. It looks like if it is real, it would be mint mark #4 off of the PCGS page on 09SVDB authentication:

What say you?

Aside from the authenticity, I forgot to give a grade opinion. Looks like it could be MS-63BN. Best to take it out of the 2x2 to photograph.

Certainly not less than AU-58. Not particularly a fan.

very difficult to grade from the photos due to insufficient lighting. you are correct it is obverse #4

AU58 or MS61 without better photos cant narrow it down. the reverse does have the look of an MS coin.
Rest in Peace

Looks good but I wouldn't pay 63 price for it . 60 or 61 seems about right for me .

I'm inclined to go higher, MS64 and some wood grain, but that's a guess due to photos.

The VDB looks genuine with the slanted line of the B. The mintmark serifs appear to be correct orientation. The crud inside the upper bend of the S is hiding the area where there should be a bubble. Perhaps a little acetone could help.

With something like this, I probably don't want to mess with it myself. I have a couple hundred coins I plan on having ANACS grade by the end of the year, and this may be on a sheet where I request "conservation".

It's a woody! NICE COIN!

100% genuine, great pictures. Looks to have a few tinges of red still. If there's cartwheel luster under the brown...

i'd like to see this one with a little better lighting. I had it at MS61 but it could go as high as MS63. please post when slabbed

I think this is an attractive cent, but I understand why someone who is going to spend big money on a key date wouldn't want an anomalous example. I would enjoy having this one in my Dansco.
