Is this Double Struck? I dont know what this type is called..is it an error?

I quite agree with Dearborn, and I don't see any of the known doubling for this year.

Yes a nice example of a minor MAD. Typically we say that the tops of the letters need to be falling off the edge before the numismatic value is increased.

COins made for circulation, such as this one, are not doublestruck. If you are thinking of the term doubled die, this is an entirely different thing.

On a doubled die the die made to strike the coins has a doubled image engraved into it, and so any coin minted using that die has a doubled image.

I agree with a MAD. Seems like more should be missing from the right side though.

Thank u guys..not sure where the doubking came into the conversation? Never asked if it was a Doubled Die? So, thank u guys for the info on MAD..i think I have a number of coins with letters taking a swan dive off the side :)

Reverse is damaged. Note that the curve of the rim is shoved inwards. Spender coin just because of the damage.
