Found this 1944 D LWC RPM-007 FS-507 while searching through a hoard of wheat cents. PCGS has 23 that are graded so I think this may be a keeper. I can see why they are difficult to spot.

Very nice! My example is also circulated and I very rarely see these above VF/XF. A very tough variety indeed, congrats!

Location? Looks more like an earlier die state of 1944-D RPM-007. http://www.varietyvista.com/02a%20L...4DRPM007.htm1944D-1MM-007: http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=ldsBut a fresher die state than both sites have.
Quote: 1944-D 1¢ WRPM-002 "Best of" Variety Description: D/D Northeast Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches across Lincoln's coat. Die scratches above the Y of LIBERTY. Slanted die scratch below Lincoln's ear. Die scratch on Lincoln's collar to the upper left of his bow tie. Reverse: Die crack from the rim running SW to the right edge of the right wheat stalk.
