The fact that you say the coin is warped says that it is PMD. A coin cannot get warped when it is struck.

ITS NOT WARPED clearly you can see that on the picture I took of it strait up.wrinkled spot that doesn't rise above the rim on either side. How could I recreate this PMD so I can test your theory.

warped wrinkled I just dont know what or how to describe it I guess...if you were blind you could feel it on the coin like brail..But it doesn't rise up past the rim on either side front and back.

No need to yell. you are the first person to use the word 'Warped'. Quote: I noticed that the warping is in the same place on back looks like a mountain JimmyD just used the same terminology you just did. I'm still waiting on a nice close up picture of the reverse, just like the very first image you did of the obverse.

Maybe separation of the copper plating from the zinc core, have you tried depressing it?

I have seen similar damage from heat. Zinc melts at a lower temperature than copper and can begin to melt inside the copper plating.

if your implying that all 3 pics arent the same coin that is untrue..I took a closeup of reverse as requested and then I decided to also snap one with my coin magnifyer.

In order to evaluate a coin we have to see the both sides.
The last three picture figure one coin, agree. But the other side of this coin?!!.
In your case we need the both sides of the coin from strait 90 deg. and side 45 deg.
Without this you can not has free opinions of experienced peoples.. If you send this to my Lab, will cost you 25$ + shipping +manutention for each coin.
