chronos Pillar of the Community Lebanon 505 Posts	Posted 01/01/2022 5:28 pm Hello I have these three coins they where inside a plastic container , the first one has tiny white spot the second one is from brass was directly put on tape as you can see its traces are still visible the third one the plastic container was opened form the side so you cananthe darkness and brown coloring on the sides how can I clean these coin without damaging them and preserving there grades Report this Post to the Staff

Any actual tape still remaining on the second coin will come off in acetone, but the dark colouration will remain. The third coin is, unfortunately, corroded and damaged.
