Pmint1 Valued Member United States 465 Posts	Posted 12/30/2021 8:26 pm My collection has gradually grown to the point I get concerned about theft when I leave on vacation. Does anyone know how to get a collection insured and what the documentation requirements would be? My coins are kept in a large safe that's bolted into concrete and I have a security system in place. If he is worth what he thinks he is he should be able to provide you with the answers you are looking for regarding insuring your collection. IIn addition, tf you are a member of the ANA you should look into the insurance company they have recommended for years and see what that company can offer you. There are upsides and downsides to collection insurance. They make it sound good. The proof however is when you make a claim and then discover what they told you ain't what's in the fine print.
