A small date '60 D. The real trick is the small date '60 ( no mint mark) Philly.

The 1960-D small date is quite common. Somewhere around 1 in 5 of all 1960-Ds minted were small dates just in my anecdotal experience coin roll hunting. The 1960 Philadelphia small date is much rarer, but also not worth a lot since so many were pulled from circulation at the time they were minted.

Confirmed: Small date.

Please always remove your coin from it's 2x2, and please always show us both sides. Thanks.

The best thing to look at on the small dates is the mark on the inside of the '6':
