This one came up with bad photos and labeled as a reverse die break. But in general it seemed like a nice lam so I took a chance when it only went for $56. Ended up being a pretty straight VG or maybe F coin with a small lamination error but still large enough to have some eye appeal. I have never really thought about putting together a year set of laminations, but I suppose this would be one that might be hard to get so I'm just going to file it away.

I like lams, but not on key dates. This would wreck the value for me.

Nice pickup. I started to put a complete Lincoln set of minor errors together. About 75% of them are lams. This would fit in real nice. I'm about 60% done with it.

You like to collect aging coins? guys! Go ahead. This it is a age stress of the coin alloy. Not a Mint. Aging the metals split.

Thanks folks! Always fun when things are on the rare dates, even though I agree it's not exactly a good thing for the value of the coin.

Trop. till you do not put your remarks on your own topic I so not know who ask. Do be clear here: you has a coin who has in time of strike an delamination. The time and aging make be more. It is normal from the point of view of the gain metals From the other point you has a nice example of the mint by passing the standards. Manny will say just nothing, but the reality show the evolution of different years alloys in times.
