I came across this 2 or 3 days ago it's a go in my pocket change can anyone tell me if this is Dublin on the letters

Dublin? No. But appears to be machine doubling--cool example.

MD If you were to look at the corners of the letters and any of them were to be split or notched that would be one characteristic of doubling. All your doubling is just to one side. The die stamped down and then the coin slightly shifted and stamped again causing the offset flattened part of the device.

Also see how the devices are thinner? that is a result of MD. on a coin that has doubling, they will be thicker.
