Who Knew Cleaning My Kids Room Would Make Me Happy

My son's eyes glazed over soooo.... My big kids have moved out so I'm going through cleaning. In one of them, there is a floor board that we always meant to fix. Just never got done. Carpet or a throw rug usually made it easy to forget and it was never a problem when it was uncovered. But as I clean I notice trash so lift board and clear it out. In total I found 11 coins, 10 of them pennies. Well there are 12 coins in total but one was actually in the attic. Saving my favorite 3 for last the rest are 2 1976, 1975 & 1975 D, 1974, 1972 & 1972 D, 1969 S(nope pretty sure not the DD) and a 1967 And my favs are a 1944 I love wheaties, 1972 1/2 dollar that I can now put with my step dad's that I have and a 1988 Canadian $1 I've always loved getting random foreign coins. To some it may be a small amount, but I'm proud to now have something from 6 different places (not counting military) would be 7 but somehow money my brother brought back from deployment in Afghanistan is gone. Yes oldfordman and I will now be sadly disappointed for the rest of my life when I clean and find nothing sighing dramatically memagomes ugh isn't it awful. I tell you what the witch of all witches named menopause comes right as your kids move out and I swear I am a watering pot one minute and so gosh dang angry the next. It's awful. And my poor 12 your old is stuck with the brunt of my missing others lol. He's not a joiner and I'm a team mom what do I do with all the quiet. Now me I'd be happy to have all the little bottles of pennies laying everywhere lbvvvvs. I can see myself handing one to a grandkids everytime they come over pennies are my favorite though.
