Have been searching through my dimes the last few days. Curious as to what this is called. The rim near 'Liberty' is actually about .007" bigger than the opposite rim. Thanks.

These are pretty much duds on the obverse after 1972:

Reverses are about the same, except with the new dies the reverse have hub doubling in a different location than most look for DDRs.

@make, when the rims are unequal on just one side of the coin, it is called a "mis-aligned die". There is no premium generally unless the letters start to fall off the side of the coin. Yours is a nice example, but only worth face value.
