I think the reverse saves it from MS-61 I say MS-62

Liberty's cheek and the field have many marks. Hard to tell the severity. MS62 is my guess.

obverse strike looks ok. reverse strike weak for this year. based on the photos the fields look SMPL or PL which can contribute to a lot of the scuffs we see. I have it at MS62 but low end 63 is possible

62PL, but PL Morgans always look worse than their grade due to the cameo contrast, so I'd want to see it in hand.
