1988 Dime D How Come It's Brown I Can See Silver On The Head But The Rest Of It's Totally Brown

Hey community I was wondering why is this 1988 Dime Brown I can see some silver on the head of it and a little bit on the edge but it's funny because the copper seems to be on top of the silver the silver's underneath the copper instead of the copper being underneath the silver is anybody know anything about this in about how much these things run if they're worth anything?

Typical environmental damage. This coin has probably been buried for a year or two and dug up by a detectorist. All cupro-nickel coins go this color when they are buried. The original color is showing through on the highest points as the coin's been in circulation and the brown surface is wearing off.
