I'd say a 64, but with the chewed up rim I'll net grade it: 63

Looks like a solid MS-63 to me.

I'm at MS63 with a shot at 64. I do like the clashed Morgans with letter transfer..

I personally can't see this higher than MS62, 63 tops if the reverse helps it out. Too much disturbance on the face and fields in front of the bust.

I'm with the crowd on this one ... seems textbook 63.

I'll say MS-62+. Might make 63 if the grader is having a really good day. Cheek is pretty marked up.

strike could be a little better. normally we see average strikes for this year but the breast looks pretty weak. luster looks intact. based on the photos I'm not seeing any breaks. minor scuffs on both sides but nothing serious. decent eye appeal. I dont see it as chewed up as stated above. definitely MS63 but I think it has a really good shot at 64.

I appreciate the insights from my fellow CCFers. These two Morgans (this and the 1900O) should be in hand this week.

MS63, and I love the clashes. Super strong obv clash w/transfer, back of cap and neckline The "rim issues" = rim Cuds, not rim damage. Extensive Die Deterioration (look above STATES, e.g.) Agree w/JasonKflo that this is the B (LDS+) die state of V35, can see the gouge above A in DOLLAR, the rust pitting at arrowheads not as much but it's probably there The lip double clash is visible but not strong The rev. clashes have been polished away mostly except for a thin crack opposite the leaves at UNI, the A state also has this die polishing but no pitting. Super neat VAM.
