I found this 1967 error Lincoln in my change. I cannot find any like it. Does anyone know if this is worth anything and if so, how does one go about that?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Now that is a strong example of Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration !

Agree, nice example of machine doubling--not a doubled die issue. Coin might be worth 10-25 cents to a collector who really loves Machine Doubling. Otherwise, it's worth one full cent.

Yes it is only MD, but very strongly so, as is typical of cents from the late 1960s.

Great example of MD, but I doubt it carries a significant premium.

Ridge ring appears on single squeeze zinc cents. This is an issue with a swollen master hub, that was replace in 1969. The swollen hub made all the devices more closer to the rim and on the 1968 cents they were into the rim. That is what you are seeing on your coin. All the cents that year/years will all show the same affect and when the dies age even more, the more it will show looking like this coin.

The strong Machine Doubling was cause by a very loose machine after the strike. Doubled dies are created by the hub doubling on the die, not the movement of the machine. A doubled die can also be affected by the machine, so then you have a doubled die with Machine Doubling.

(Note the yellow arrows) But the machine doesn't cause a doubled die. The dies are doubled, thus the term: Doubled Die.
