. If you are talking about it not being centered, that is called a MAD-misaligned die. Not off enough for a premium.

The metal flow does look like a worn out die issue.

And the widening of the devices are also from extreme die wear. Looks like this one has been polished twice already to remove the flow lines. But the device wear shows despite how many times the fields are polished. But these devices are deeper into the dies, the polishing doesn't affect them. But they actually reach a VLDS die state on dimes:
