These have been around for years. It is called a counterstamp. They originally came with a card telling of the supposed similarities between the Lincoln and Kennedy assasinations.

@trou, yes those are fun counterstamps to find. I tend to save them in a 2x2 even though they don't increase the value of the coin.

One cent coins are a very popular raw material to counterstamp. One of our members has a huge collection of them, hundreds if not thousands of varieties.
