The reverse of your cent has what is commonly known as "woodgrain", a result of incomplete or improper alloy mixing. These are popular among lots of Lincoln collectors, including me.

How much would you say it's worth like it is without having it graded

assuming that big white spot on the reverse is corrosion there won't be much interest from collectors, so the coin's present value is 2 or 3 cents for its metal

A one-sided woodie - some collectors love them, others not so much. I wouldn't think this would bring too much of a premium.

Modest premium for the woody. This coin is not worth grading. You would pay more for grading fees, than you would ever get back. What is on the collar of the jacket? Seems like a strange place for a die chip? More of a Wheat cent pile coin.

A woody, yes. I have several dozen 'one-sided' woodies, and several more two sided. In my opinion, the value falls in the 5-10 cents range.
