Please let me know if I need more pictures. I've done quite a few posts that I thought were a DD and it ended up being MD.

I'm thinking Die Deterioration doubling--'doubling' evident towards the coin's rim. Nice example--2x2 worthy as a fun curiosity.

I'm no expert by any means, but I have seen this on many newer coins. Always on the outside letters. I always thought md. Mine have all gone back as spenders. Hopefully I wasn't wrong.

There will never be a DDR on that area of the design. It is always Machine Doubling. These are incuse devices, the rules change for raised and incuse devices.

The DDR area is in the centers of the design for the single squeeze dies. So it you want to see where to look for the DDR's, it not in this area. Look up the listing to see where you should be looking.

This link will show you where you can find this information on these designs. Look to see what you don't know about doubled dies. Where to look and what to look for.
