This is a really Cool high grade coin imo! I've been trying to figure out exactly what kind of error it could be and this is the closest thing I found https://www.error-ref.com/partial-collar/ A tilted partial collar. This one having two clips. The second is small and I just noticed it while I was imagining the coin. (The small clip is at 8 o'clock) Opinions are welcome and thanks for looking!

@will, I think you are right about this being a partial collar. What is the maximum diameter of this coin?

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to get any measurements on the coin tonight. Hopefully tomorrow. It was definitely thin in hand but again will not be able to get to it tonight. I have a couple more pictures I'll post soon.

That's an excellent coin! Very nice and a large clip to boot.

I am wondering if it is PCGS worthy? I don't think it will be worth $100+, but it would be nice to preserve it.

I'm just getting back in town. John1 I had the same thought as far as submission. I wonder what they would grade it and I wonder what thru would put on the holder? It's in my next submission pile!
