Indeed Machine Doubling there, quite common on 69-S Lincoln's .

It's not FS-101. Doubling in the rest of the letters would be very obvious.

yep, Machine Doubling here.
However modern us coin and error reporting should be done it the proper forum to get better attention.

Machine doubling. You should see a lot of doubling on that coin. More pictures would be helpful but definitely machine made. but found one too and got excited. Thought I found a DDO but a sad no.

Just the dreaded Machine Doubling. The real deal has a huge DDO on it:
1969-S-DDO-Verify-Please
Machine Doubling was very common on the 1968-1972 cents. Even the DDO's have Machine Doubling on them:
1969-S-DDO-Verify-Please
Note the Dates are all the DDO, but note the yellow arrows, these are Machine Doubling. A doubled die can have Machine Doubling, but Machine Doubling never makes a doubled die. A doubled die is caused by the die. Machine Doubling is caused by the machine.
