Is this Die Deterioration? It seems misaligned

Extreme die wear. Looks like it is going to get one more re-polishing, or retired soon.

does it matter for grading, that the coin looks like it is off center? the outside edges do not look even.

That's a good question Daruckas660 - is this coin worth getting graded?

In my opinion, the coin isn't worth grading--despite the minor misaligned die and the rampant Die Deterioration.

lol "rampant Die Deterioration" good description.
as for grading. Why? Dimes are well known for being slightly off center or MAD. being so small accurate alignments are difficult at best. Get it graded? maybe to highlight how badly the die is worn down, then yes - but I would not, I would spend it as fast as I could.
