What is that by the right of the lower part of the 4 on this 1954P LWC?

I see what looks like a die chip in the 9, but I have no idea what that is by the 4.

This is an example of Die Deterioration. The devices around the rim of the coin appear stretched when this happens. Unfortunately, no extra value.

That's Die Deterioration Doubling - same thing as the 1955 'poor man's double'. Basically just a worn out die.
