1978 Cent - Silver Color Wi/ Metal Piece Stuck On It - Mint Error Or Na?

Wrekkdd Pillar of the Community Canada 3328 Posts	Posted 07/09/2022 06:43 am It looks like it was plated and the metal piece was attached for some sort of jewelery purpose. Didn't leave the mint that way, a neat find though. Might be silver plated and the arched piece could be silver as well. Report this Post to the Staff

Also the it looks like flux under and around that lump. In addition this coin was plated after it was added. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget.
