I'm pretty convinced after looking at the coin with a magnify . My phone isn't the best so you can't really see the doubling good . In person you can see it very well from

@tbb, I can't quite see doubling in these pics, although it would definitely help if you told us which design elements look doubled with the coin in hand. Also, I would note that almost overwhelmingly these turn out to be Machine Doubling. For some reason in the late '60s, there was lots and lots of md on the cents.

Believe me, you don't need a magnifying glass to see the real thing.

the doubling on this particular date/mint is very obvious and easy too see - of which I do not see here.

Machine Doubling on the 1968-1972 cents happened a lot. Seeing Machine Doubling doesn't make this a doubled die. A doubled die comes from a doubled die, issue on the die. It would look like this if it was the real deal:
1969-S-Double-Die-Penny-?
Note the doubled devices on all the devices.

Machine Doubling can happen on a doubled die, but Machine Doubling never made a doubled die:
1969-S-Double-Die-Penny-?
If your coin look like this, then it is just Machine Doubling on a normal die coin. Machine Doubling is found on the outside and insides of devices. On a doubled die, the spread the enlarging of the devices are seen. Machine Doubling just alters the struck coin post strike by die movement.

It's very obviously not the "biggie" but really would like to see some clear, closeups of the date/mm. As stated by Spence, lot's of MD on this date coin though.
