1976 D/D Bicentennial Quarter? Repunched Mint Mark / RPM Error?

At first I thought it's a DD RPM error, but I'm not so sure about it. I just think the possibility of it being PMD is so low. What do you guys think? Normal mintmark: http://www.varietyvista.com/09b%20W...20Styles.htm MMS-008. There is damage to the left upper part of the mintmark. It took a hit in circulation.
