Coins from that time had no mint mark if they were minted in Philadelphia so that's how the dime is supposed to be. What error do you see on the face? There seems to be a scratch on the hair.

I am not seeing any errors either, can you point out what you are seeing? As for mintmark, no 1966 US coins had mintmarks regardless of where they were minted.

Not seeing errors either. Without seeing the reverse, I'd say the value is a full ten cents.

In 1965 to 1967 all mints had no mint marks (an attempt to stop the hoarding of coins). In 1968 the MM's came back
