Just found in a bank roll. I knew exactly what it might be as soon as I seen it. Just not sure if it's Cud or a Die Break?

Welcome to the community!
This appears to be a Cud die break, since it is a rim to rim die break.
Although it was circulated and had quite a few nicks on it, it's still a nice find!

Yes sweet cud—well worth saving in a 2x2 despite the circulation wear.
