Yes I agree with DDD on the date.

Yes, Die Deterioration Doubling. If we had a full obverse photo we might see a Ridge Ring, perhaps in its early stage.

There is a poor Man's DDO 1955, but not a 1995.

The poor mans doubled die on the 1955 is just a worn die issue.Any date could have one.

Note that the area affected is on the fields? On a doubled die, then the doubling would be see on the devices themselves:

I know that your coin is a Philly coin. On the DDO-001 for that year the Liberty and Motto is more affected. (the date isn't)

Centers of the devices, on fields affected. The DDD is seen on the fields:
1995-Rare-Found-Poor-Man's-Double-Die?
Note on these devices, the date is moving towards the rim on the fields to the right. The Liberty is showing towards the left on the fields. That is the direction the metal wears on the dies. (not a doubled die, bu die wear)

CoopHome: Why is DDD see on the fields and why is this not a doubled die issue? DDD is die wear. doubled dies show affected on the devices themselves, not the fields
