ijn1944 Bedrock of the Community United States 19155 Posts	Posted 09/07/2022 08:05 am Also, it's known that the weak 'of' area on the reverse is often the result of an incomplete fill of the die when the coin is struck. On the coin's flip side is Abe's bust, which is filled in when the coin is struck--sometimes not enough metal to completely fill 'of'. Just something to consider. Report this Post to the Staff

Still an educational piece to show to a new collector, to help him see why it is a Struck Through Grease issue. (Note the width of the devices.
