2001 P Vermont Quarter - Error On Reverse

Hi, on the reverse side of this quarter, it looks like there is a knife sticking out of the boy's left leg. I looked online to see if anyone else had one or had seen a quarter like this but couldn't find anything. Would like to hear thoughts on what caused this and if worth keeping.

Hard to tell if the defect is raised or incuse, it could be a die chip but a better picture
would help. Also please do not use screen shots, they are too pixilated to see the detail.

Adding more photos, but they still aren't the best. From what I can tell, this spot is not raised, looks to be a little dented/embedded.

It is an incuse mark (below the surface of the design), from contact with another coin. Not a mint error, but a post strike event to the coin. No premium for damage to a coin.
