Hello just wanted to share my first Rotated die I found Sept 20, 2022. Its not in the best condition, just happy me finely scored one. The black arrow show the where the bottom of the reverse is. "LOVE THE HUNT!"

That's more than 90 degrees, right?

Congratulations, significant rotations are always nice. Use the mirror method to show us both sides in one photo.

That is about 95 to 100 degrees rotation. Can you post up a mirror photo showing both sides?

I also would like to see a photo using the mirror method. Also noticed it looks like a MAD on the reverse. Is the rotated die listed on the rotated die web site? John1

You asked for it and here it is. A mirror photo. it appears to be more rotated than I marked on the 2X2.

In modern coinage, is this caused by incorrect die installation or die retention failing causing rotation during striking?
