1983 D DD Nickel? Thoughts?

I came across this nickel and wanted to get another opinion. It looks to be a double die on the word "TRUST" especially the "S" and "T". also the date looks odd at the top. Let me know what you think. Thanks :)

Yes looks like this nickel was struck from a tired die. There may be some circulation flattening too.

Actually this is extreme die wear. Not a doubled die, not DDD. ( DDD on obverse nickels didn't start till after 2005) But I would save this to show to a new collector what extreme die wear looks like. A show and tell Item. Keep these in a half dollar tube for quick referencing for a new collector. You maybe be starting a new collector to learn even more and get them addicted like everyone else here. LOL If is not a premium coin, but you will enjoy showing it for educational purposes.
