What are the odds for two 1994 p Roosevelt dimes to have the same kind of bubble on the forehead, with very close to the same if not in the same location as previously posted in 2019? Just curious and strange that I have found one very similar to the one posted. I appreciate the feedback in advance.

As described in the original thread, this is heat damage. It just happens to be in the same location as the other coin.
