It's not a RPM variety but it's a triple die mintmark style because of the obvious duo vertical line in the mintmark "D" . Also there're some die clash over the motto "LIBERTY".

Looks like a classic zinc core split plating issue.

Since the last year the US mint hand punched mint marks into US coins dies was 1989 (proofs in '85), it is not possible to have a US coin with an RPM after this date.

Zincolns are known for having plating issues that people often mistake for an RPM.

Slight DDD starting to show on the date/mintmark area. When you see the gray color, that is from split plating and worn plating, plated over zinc dust and where the plating exposed the zinc. Liberty looks like that on all of them. (Just took a view of the 1992-D red cents on PCGS. What a l bunch off looser coins listed there. Examples of Machine Doubling, Split Plating, DDD, Fingerprints and Ridge Ring) Take a look at these so you won't just buy the plastic, but buy the coin when buying slabs. They are not all good coins at all. 4$K coins on down to $7 coins. Make sure you are happy with these graded coins, before you buy them.
