Picked this up a couple weeks ago in a sealed set, I forget the name of the set, but it came with this coin, a 43 S War Nickel, a 68 Kennedy half, a 77 Ike dollar, and a 64 Dime. All high mint states, though the reverse of the nickel seems it was either struck through heavy grease, or was possibly a die cap briefly as it is very mushy. This coin however experiences none of that, but instead has obverse doubling that is clearly visible with the naked eye. Every letter of LIBERTY has pretty heavy notching, like in the pics here. Pics of R T and Y just came out the best so I used them, but can easily add pics of any other part of the coin if needed. Any opinions would be appreciated! I am hoping to find a local dealer that can submit this coin to PCGS for me, so hoping I have the correct variety, because I do not feel it will grade MS68, but it does have subtle toning that I feel will grade out at MS67 with a slight chance even of a plus grade, but not holding my breath!

The DDO has wider devices, than your coin. Yours is a Machine Doubled normal die coin. The difference? The 101 is from a doubled die. Your coin is from a normal die with Machine Doubling. In order to be a doubled die, if must show the extra width of the devices that was created on the doubled die.
