As for it being cleaned, meh, me personally I buy based on how the coin appeals to me. And for the most part, cleaned coins don't appeal to me. But this coin does. It was a petty well accepted practice in the 70'S although not buy me . I saw a lot of real nice toned Morgans trashed for the want of a Shiny collection . but I like the look of this coin and would be more than happy to have it in my collection. good score. He was holding a Seated Liberty dime in his hand. I asked what was going on. He stated he bought one a few months ago and now hooked on trying to get the entire collection.
