I'm assuming the obv looks fine. My vote is for this being a type 2 counterclash, but I look forward to hearing what @mikediamond says about this one.

My vote is for a rebound counterbrockage but with a scrap piece of planchet ,not a whole.

If struck twice, both sides should show the same event?
If added to one side could be incuse it from another coin. Or raised if a fake soft die was used. If so it would affect one side of the coin. But in order to the real deal, then both sides would be showing the same die event.

No only one side has. I will up-grade the photos with the observe also but it is correct, nothing to say about. I never hear about soft fake Die.

The Observe photo was posted in the first post here.
